Which airports does airport2lps Transfer cover?
We transfer from/to Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble and Chambery airports.
Do you offer transfers from other locations?
We offer transfers from hotels, private addresses, other train and bus stations. Please contact us by email or phone to make a booking.
Which destinations do you cover?
Please visit our destinations page for a list of all resorts we transfer to. Should your required destination not be on the list please contact us by email or phone.
What do I do if I can’t find my airport2alps rep at the airport?
You should call our 24/7 customer support number in contact us page.
Are all transfers door to door?
Yes, all transfers are door to door. Exceptions: if the road is closed if it’s too narrow for the car or if the resort is a car-free area. In these cases the clients will be taken as close as possible to their accommodation.
Can I be picked up / dropped off at an airport hotel?
Yes, you can. Please make a note of this during the booking or send information to Customer Service in a separate email.
Can I make amendments to my booking?
Yes, you can. Please send an email with the required amendments to the Customer Service team by email. Please note changes might require additional fees and are subject to availability.
How do I know if my child needs a child or baby seat?
Children under the age of four must be properly secured in a child seat, if possible. They must then ride in a booster seat until they turn eight.
How long before my flight will I get picked up?
Airport2alps schedules all departures to arrive at airports two hours before the departure time of a flight. Our booking system automatically calculates your pick-up time – just enter your flight time and we’ll do the rest. If bad road conditions are expected, our team will contact you to reschedule your pick up time.
How much luggage can I bring on my transfer?
You are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage and ski inventory. Please contact our customer service if you have more luggage, especially if you have booked shared transfer or you are a group of more than 6 people for private transfer.
How big of a notice do I have to give before booking my airport2alps transfer?
Bookings should be made at least 24 hours prior to the service.
How will I find out my exact pickup times?
Pickup times are shown on the vouchers that we send you after you make your booking.
Should I get travel insurance for my trip?
Airport2alps recommends you always insure your trip. We have no such service yet, so please contact you local insurance company.
Is it possible for our transfer to go to more than one location?
Yes, please send the information to Customer Service in a separate email. Please note, extra stops might require additional fees and are subject to availability.
What happens if I am late for my pickup time?
You need to inform us in case you are late or your flight is delayed so that we can make necessary arrangements.
Can I transport a bike or child’s pushchair?
Yes, but this should be arranged and booked in advance. Please make a note of this during the booking or send information to Customer Service in a separate email.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, a booking confirmation will be forwarded to the email address you provide us.
